Harrah’s Entertainment, the world’s largest gaming company, doesn’t just leverage the power of its CRM systems to understand the past. It relies on CRM to predict the outcome of future marketing campaigns.
TalismaTM, a global provider of Customer Interaction Management (CIM)solutions, has officially announced its plans to expand into Germany. Talisma is poised to recruit a number of channel partners across a variety of market sectors across Germany. Previously all German customers have been managed directly from Talisma’s UK offices, with great success. The expansion will see Talisma take its local support a step further by offering existing and future customers, which include Epson, Intershop and ePages, a localised best in class service.
The expansion will see Talisma’s existing and future German partners resell Talisma’s entire portfolio of CIM products including: email, chat, co-browse, Web self service, phone, knowledge managementand analytics solutions. Resellers will be able to provide organisations in the: insurance, financial services, healthcare, BPO, contact centre, education, government, high tech, telecommunications, travel and retailmarket sectors, with solutions that increase loyalty, sales and operational efficiencies, while reducing costs.
“Talisma has witnessed fantastic success in many European countries, particularly in the UK. We believe that we can replicate this success in Germany and perceive the channel as a critical way to achieve this,”commented Craig Gordon, managing director of Talisma Europe. “With the CIM market set to grow from $400 million in 2004 to $1 billion by 2008, CIM represents a huge opportunity for Talisma and the channel. We believe that CIM is an excellent opportunity for our partners to create strong revenue streams”.
